This 2 hour workshop invites you to come live the practice. We meet in the kitchen and practice together just how to blend ancient wisdom with modern nutrition to create meals and experiences that nourish our entire selves.

In this time together we will:

  • Create pathways to greater peace around the food/body experience

  • Support each other in our lifelong journey towards embodiment

  • reconcile what we know about nutrition with our deeper desires to feed

For any one seeking deeper harmony with their experience of being in a body.  We meet in the kitchen, the heart of my home, on Thursday, Sept. 26 from 6-8 PM [please arrive by 5:55 as we start promptly at 6 and end by 8].

Call it dinner, if you’d like. For me it is nothing less than a sacred surrendering into all that feeds me.

Expect deep connection: with other women, with the food we’ll eat, and with your own body. We’ll use prayer, poetry, meditation, silence, laughter, joy to heighten our awareness around the act of feeding, and make it holy again.

This workshop will guide you in how to…

  • Balance blood sugar

  • Understand cravings

  • Manage weight fluctations

  • Alleviate anxiety

  • Make better choices

Leave feeling the possibility of intimacy with others, with self, with nourishment and the seasonal, cyclical options that feed harmony and health. Homemade bone broth with organic meat & vegetables, fresh tortillas, massaged kale salad and avocado provide something for everyone and usher you into a winter of being well. Teachings that blend cultural food combinations with modern nutrition help you understand why we eat this way.

Author, teacher, practitioner Merrill Page draws from decades of study and teaching in the workings of the nervous system, and how beliefs and experiences literally map themselves into our bodies to influence food decisions, digestion, allergies, cyclical health and more. Come feed from her wisdom and the community of women who gather around it.

Food and Body, some of the greatest sources of pain and pleasure, have captivated my attention since age 9. A lifetime of exploration into science and spirituality bring me home again and again to the simple question:

How do I nourish myself now?
